Evaluation: Step by Step Guide

DPCD has developed a four stage process for generating an evaluation plan for community projects and programs:

• Thinking;
• Planning;
• Collecting; and
• Communicating.  

Each of these stages is broken down into a number of steps, leading you through the evaluation planning process via a range of worksheets and templates.

Resources include: an evaluation plan template, a budgeting tool, a communications checklist and advice on getting the most from an evaluation contractor.
