VCOSS event cancellation/refund policy

If you cancel your place at a paid event with:

  • more than 1 month notice, a full refund will be issued
  • less than 2 weeks’ notice, a 50% refund will be issued
  • less than 1 week notice, no refund will be issued.

VCOSS gladly welcomes replacement participants and you are able to advise us if another person is able to take your place. In this instance, VCOSS is not responsible for ensuring any exchange of payment if this occurs.

Where a paid event is cancelled by the event organiser (VCOSS or a partner organisation), a full refund will be issued to participants.
