The Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities gives public authorities responsibilities to ensure human rights are protected and promoted in Victoria, including in the health sector.
This program is tailored to consider rights and obligations relevant to workers in the public health sector in order to prepare and equip them to apply the Charter in their day-to-day work. It will use practical tools and case studies to use the Charter as a decision-making framework in the workplace.
This program is ideally suited to public sector health workers.
