VCOSS Submission to the Roadmap for Reform: Strong Families Safe Children

The Roadmap for Reform: Strong Families, Safe Children project is a chance to help strengthen vulnerable families and improve the wellbeing of children and young people, to reduce the numbers of children entering out-of-home-care and to provide better outcomes for vulnerable children and young people who are in care.
