Laying the foundations: VCOSS submission to Victoria's 30-year infrastructure strategy discussion paper

VCOSS’ submission to Infrastructure Victoria in response to the Laying the Foundations discussion paper welcomes the broad-ranging objectives and needs identified in the paper around the development of a 30-year infrastructure strategy for Victoria. VCOSS’ submission also recommends developing a focus in the strategy on further objectives that will most assist vulnerable and disadvantaged Victorians, including:

• responding to population growth and change
• reducing disadvantage
• enabling workforce participation.
